FAQ

Account & billing
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial on the Growth plan starts with just an email address and a password. We don't ask for card details until you decide to subscribe.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account goes read-only — you can still view data but can't edit automations or create new rules. Active campaign actions keep running (no "rule paused keyword because trial ended" surprises). After 30 days in read-only, the account and data are deleted.
How does flat-fee pricing work with click-bundles?
Your monthly plan includes a click allowance. Clicks above that are billed at your plan's overage rate, shown before each charge. If your volume spikes for a month, pre-paid click-bundles are 10–15 % cheaper than overage — one-time purchase, valid 12 months, applied after your monthly quota.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period — you keep the higher-plan features until then. No data is lost when you drop tiers.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you come back — after that it's deleted.
Amazon connection
Do I need Seller Central Professional or is Individual enough?
You need a Professional account with Advertising access enabled. The Individual plan doesn't include the advertising API scope we need. If your OAuth connect fails with access_deniedand you're on Individual, that's the reason.
Which marketplaces can I connect?
The European marketplaces share a single OAuth token: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, and Sweden. Connect once, enable the marketplaces you operate in, and we sync each independently.
What happens if Amazon revokes our token?
You see a banner saying "Amazon access expired" and syncs stop. Click Reconnect in the banner to go through OAuth again. No data is lost — we pick up syncing from where we left off.
Automations
How do rules work?
Every automation has five parts: target (what to evaluate), condition (which metric thresholds), window (time range), action (pause / change bid / negate), and schedule (when to run). That's it. No machine-learning model between you and your ad account — just explicit rules you can read.
Will rules run immediately after I activate them?
By default, rules run after the daily Amazon sync (around 04:00 CET). For time-sensitive cases you can define a custom cron schedule. Before activating, use Dry Run to see exactly which rows the rule would touch today.
Can I undo an automated action?
Yes. Every triggered action lands in the Audit Log with the values that fired it and a link to the Amazon API response. You can undo any action from the log within the same day with one click.
How many rules can I create?
Depends on the plan: Nano = 2, Starter = 10, Growth = 50, Pro = 200, Agency = 1 000, Enterprise = unlimited. In practice, most customers run 5–15 rules once they settle into a rhythm.
Data & sync
How long does the first sync take?
Two to ten minutes, depending on account size. We pull the last 90 days of campaign, keyword, and search-term data in a single backfill. You can leave the page — we email you when the dashboard is ready.
How often do metrics refresh?
Campaign and keyword metrics refresh once per daily Amazon sync, around 04:00 CET. You can trigger an on-demand sync from the account page (rate-limit: once per 30 minutes).
Can I export my data?
Yes. Settings → Account → Export generates a JSON dump of all data we hold about your organisation. You can also delete the organisation outright from the same page — cascade-deletes across campaigns, rules, and audit logs within 30 days.
Privacy & security
Where is my data hosted?
On dedicated netcup servers in Nuremberg, Germany. Postgres, Redis, Mailcow (email), and our GlitchTip error-tracker all run on our own infrastructure in the EU. Stripe (Dublin, Ireland) handles payments and is itself EU-regulated; the US parent companies (Stripe Inc., Amazon Advertising LLC) sit downstream and are covered by DPF + Standard Contractual Clauses per the privacy policy.
How are my Amazon tokens stored?
Refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256; the key lives in Supabase Vault. Access tokens are short-lived (60 minutes) and never persisted to disk. When you disconnect an account, both are deleted immediately.
Does a paused keyword count as an Article 22 GDPR decision?
Automated ad-campaign adjustments don't produce legal or similarly significant effects on natural persons, so Article 22 Abs. 1 GDPR doesn't technically apply. We still give you the Article 22 protections by default: every rule is visible, every action is logged with triggering values, and you can undo anything within the same day.
