Accessibility statement
Sellerwerk aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and EN 301 549 V3.2.1. We test against these standards continuously, document conformance honestly, and fix what we find. This page is the public snapshot of where we stand today, with specific claims and specific gaps — not a marketing promise.
What currently conforms
- Keyboard navigation: every interactive element is reachable via Tab, actionable via Enter or Space, and exits via Escape. No mouse-only traps.
- Screen-reader compatibility: labelled landmarks, sequential heading hierarchy, ARIA labels on icon-only buttons, alt-text on non-decorative images.
- Color contrast: text/background pairs meet 4.5:1 (normal) or 3.0:1 (large text). Verified after colour- pass commit 94d7fe1.
- Focus indicators: every interactive element has a visible focus ring, never suppressed.
- Text resizing: functional at 200 % browser zoom with no horizontal-scroll loss.
- Reduced motion: no auto-playing animations; respects
prefers-reduced-motion. - Lighthouse a11y score: 96 on the production landing page (April 2026).
Known limitations (we're fixing these)
- Dark-mode contrast edge cases: two specific colour pairs (low-priority warning badge text, disabled- button text) fall below 4.5:1 in dark-mode. Target fix: T+14 post-launch.
- Mobile hamburger-menu focus-trap: on screens ≤ 390 px, focus can escape the menu. Target fix: T+30.
- Data-table sort announcement: column-sort changes aren't announced to screen-readers. Target fix: T+30.
None of these block core functionality. They're documented and prioritised. If one of them is blocking you specifically, email us — we'll escalate.
How we test
Three modes, running continuously:
- Automated: Lighthouse + axe-core + Pa11y on every deploy. Minimum threshold: Lighthouse a11y ≥ 90.
- Manual keyboard + screen-reader: weekly NVDA + VoiceOver sweep across signup, login, Amazon- connect, create-rule, billing-checkout.
- User feedback: triaged within 2 business days.
If you hit a barrier — how to tell us

What we've tested with
- Browsers: Chrome 120+, Firefox 120+, Safari 17+, Edge 120+
- Screen readers: NVDA 2023.x (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS 14+, iOS 17+), TalkBack (Android 13+, partial)
- Keyboard-only: full support with the limitations noted above
- Zoom: 100–200 % full; 400 % reflow-only partial (data tables may scroll horizontally)
Not yet tested: JAWS, Dragon NaturallySpeaking. Target T+90.
